i received a refund letter from itunes saying mu purchased was refunded but the amount was not reflected yet in my account. Where are they going to send the refund money? Its more than a week now. Refund cost $89.89. Pls. Advise. Thanks

I've generally found refunds can take up to 3-5 working days, depending on the time it takes for your bank to process the refund. Apple does advise to allow up to 30 days, and you can read more about refund times here
