Apple Watch Series 6

Good morning, I have had some trouble with my watch lately. My and I had put our watches on the Water Lock feature when going to the pool because we knew they would get wet. Both of our watches died (because of low battery) but when we went to charge them her watch charged and started up as it should, mine did not. It started flashing the Apple logo continuously. I followed suggestions to hard reset and it did not work. I did this multiple times. It was also suggested to unpair the watch from my phone, so I did. But now, the watch is currently on my watch face but, not connected to my phone and I can’t swipe on the watch at all. The two side buttons work but I can’t tap on any app on the watch. Please help.

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
