Please disable my lost iphone

My iphone has been stolen. My Find was not activated. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to locate it and found nothing, nor have my local police, and town hall folks around my region found the phone.

I want to disable the device. I have the serial number and the IME numbers.

Help! Please.

This is not a chat service, and is not a way to communicate directly with Apple; it is a user-to-user technical support forum. If you have a question or issue that you think another user can help you with please describe it in as much detail as you can. If you want to contact Apple use the Get Support link at the top of this page or call Apple by choosing a number from this list→Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Apple can’t do anything about your stolen phone. If you didn’t enable Find My there isn’t much you can do either. About your only option is to report it stolen to your carrier, who can blacklist the IMEI. That will prevent it from being used with any carrier who honors the blacklist, but there are carriers who don’t in some countries, and there is a huge worldwide black market in stolen electronics and any professional thief or fence will know where to send it.

If you did not enable Find My before your phone was stolen, it cannot be turned on remotely, nor tracked. Apple provides simple things which require no effort to help in situations like this, but they need to be turned on before something bad happens.

You will never find this phone again. Apple does not get involved in lost or stolen devices, so there is nothing Apple can or will do for you. All you can do is report the phone stolen to your cellular provider and ask them blacklist the phone.

You should also, if you haven't already done so, change your Apple ID password. Here is a link on how you can do that --> Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you had credit cards on your phone, I would cancel all your cards and have them reissued so whoever is in possession of your phone doesn't go on a shopping spree in your name.
