I bought a phone from the mts company. the phone was still in the case, but the paint on the side faces began to wear off from the scraping of various sorinopes and grains of sand. It is very sad to buy such an expensive phone and see such a result. I believe that this is a factory defect, poor-quality paint was used. The company where I bought the phone refuses to give me warranty service. is it legitimate? How can we resolve this issue?
