I can't back up my iPhone 8 to my iCloud and laptop

My iPhone 8 was unable to back up to my iCloud and my laptop. I increased the storage on the cloud and still no luck. I have deleted photos and data also. I need to back up to complete a reset. My camera is unable to take pictures and my phone reboots occasionally. Is there a chance to save this phone or is it time for a new phone? I want to at least get my data first. Any ideas?

Did it say why it couldn't back up?
