iCloud storage you can purchase is tied to the Apple ID that bought it, not a specific device. As long as the iPad is using the same Apple ID for iCloud as the iPhone, it can access the storage directly.


You can go to Settings->Account(top of settings)->iCloud to check the purchased storage on both devices.
