I want a large wireless WIFI monitor. For which it will be possible
to work from any room and at the same time a powerful computer with
which this monitor is paired will stand in the back room. Can Apple
do that since we almost always want big screens and top-of-the-line
hardware?

This can be used for MANY, but not all activities. It is not quite fast enough for Video Editing. You may need Wi-Fi-6 Router to get a fast enough wireless connection.

A large display with an Apple-TV attached provides a large, wireless display -- if a display is all that is needed.

Do you need a keyboard and mouse as well? Perhaps you are actually describing a MacBook Pro, which has a high-resolution display and keyboard in one unit
Or if portability is not needed, a previous readers suggested an iMac. The new 24-in models are a smaller enclosure than many displays alone, with computer included and wireless keyboard and pointing device fully supported.
What sort of work are you doing? How much compute power do you really need?
