How to remove carrier lock from my iPhone?

ONLY the carrier it is locked to can remove the lock.

If it's locked to a US carrier, and you are not a customer of that carrier, the odds of getting it unlocked are extremely low.

Return it to where you got it, get your money back, and go buy a phone you can use.

Country or region is not relevant.

Carrier lock can only be removed by the carrier holding the lock.

I’d expect that some websites collecting IMEIs—and for whatever purported reason—are collecting those IMEIs to clone, or for other potentially-nefarious purposes. Posting serial numbers and IMEI is not encouraged by Apple.

Return this iPhone to the seller for a refund if the seller mis-represented this iPhone as unlocked (and if the seller is still available), or purchase your cellular plan from the carrier holding the lock, or recycle the iPhone.

Again, you have a carrier-locked iPhone, and only the carrier holding the lock can release that lock.
