Making your Apple Pencil a color picker in procreate

I heard a Youtubers say that you can make your apple pencil push on a color in procreate when holding it down for a few seconds and it will become a color picker. I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to make my pencil do that? Is there something in settings? Thank you
