Getting double billed for Netflix : Tmobile and Itunes

I found out that I am getting double billed each month for Netflix for the past 4 months (2021 - Mar, Apr, May, June):

  1. Through Tmobile "Netflix on us"
  2. Through Apple subscription

I am trying to request refund through Apple but it turns out I can only see the subscription for the past 2 months.

How do I process the refund for the past 2 months (May, June)

Is there any customer service number for apple purchases that I can call?

Aniket,

Are you sure that is what is going on? Netflix stopped accepting new customer billing thru iTunes about 2 years ago. ( See https://help.netflix.com/en/node/25097 ). You may have to contact both T-Mo and Apple to get it straightened out, but I recommend you start with T-Mo.

Sorry, I meant apple subscription.

I can only see that I can enter a refund request for past 2 months of subscriptions.


I got an update today that of the 4 total months of double billing, I am being refunded for July and June.


I just hope to talk to someone over the phone for these subscriptions. I called Netflix and they said contact Apple since they have only received billing through T-mobile since March
