I am having difficulties pairing a Slim Folio Pro with my iPad Pro. Any suggestions? This device is going to my granddaughter.
I'm sorry, but I cannot resolve anything, I'm a user like you. If you have followed all of the steps that are necessary to pair the keyboard and it is not working, you would need to either reach out to Logitech support, or you can use the Get Support link at the top of the page here and contact Apple Support.
It would help tremendously if you described what these difficulties are. Also, have you reached out to Logitech support for help?
Here are the details...
The Slim Folio Pro (SFP) was working with the iPad Pro before I reset it and set it up for my granddaughter. Now when I try to pair the SFP with the iPad, the iPad sees the SFP, I activate pairing with the bluetooth key on the SFP, a pairing request box appears and asks for a 6 digit number to be entered using the SFP keyboard, I enter the number but the pairing does not take.
I have turned bluetooth off and back on, and am in an area where there is no interference from other bluetooth devises.
