Transfer Apple Watch Activity to new Apple ID

Hi everyone.

Is it possible to transfer Apple Watch activity from an old Apple ID I had connected to a work phone, to a new Apple ID on a personal phone?

finding heaps of info on how to transfer between Apple devices but I need to go from one ID to another.
