Locked Icloud account and forgotten security questions

hi, my iCloud account has been lock i can't access the phone i used to create it and I forgot the answers on the security question but I know my email and password. Can i still recover my icloud account?

You are Locked Out:

If you are locked out, then contact Apple Support, to get back in. Once back in, report back if these restrictions go away.

Why Accounts Become Disabled:

When your iTunes Account has been disabled, and that often happens due to suspicious activity --- Perhaps nothing on your part. They disable it for no more than Security & Privacy concerns.

Possible Reasons Could Include: 

  • Too many unsuccessful login attempts
  • VPN (Virtual Private Network) usage
  • Consistent transactions
  • Session Times Out
  • Disobeying Terms & Conditions


So...

To Re-Enable it:

As you might suspect, no one here would know the reason for this occurrence, of course. So, contact Apple Support. They’ll know why this occurred and will run you right through the fix.

Contact Apple Support:

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)

Using a web browser if you sign in with Apple ID and password at appleid.apple.com immediately you have to answer for three respective questions .

If you are having incorrect credentials , the only solution is convert this secondary authentication account into two factor authentication .

Note : you have to tried to enter incorrect credentials multiple times and the account is locked from server see these articles If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

Note : you also wrote iPhone is not accessible , is there any passcode set up and you forgot the passcode If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
