Mac mini display overscan option is gone??? Mojave 10.14.6

Just connected to a new monitor and no matter what i do in display settings the top of the screen including top nav bar (its not hidden) isn't visible.


I used to see an option for overscan that would correct it. Every resolution and every option has the same issue.


I've tried searches but everything refers to the option.

Look for image size settings in the monitor. You want a setting that may be called 100%, pixel-to-pixel...
