I'm running Mojave and don't wish to upgrade.

I'm running the latest version of Mojave on my iMac and don't wish to upgrade. If I do my Adobe Audition goes from fully paid for to a subscription mode. I've already paid for it and refuse to pay for it over and over again. So, this means iTunes cannot connect to my iPhone 12.

So now I'm unable to update music or any other items on my iPhone 12. This seems like a very poor decision on Apple's part. I'm not in a position yet to buy a new computer. Will Apple be re-thinking this decision?

Thank you,

Nick
