Yes, I have a simcard it was globe, actually i can used it before but it just happened that i want to redeem my points then i dial *143# then there is prompt message ICC# after i click that , my simcard didn't function at all .

That message means that your phone is carrier locked. You need to get a sim card from your carrier or ask them to unlock your phone.
