a week ago, I factory rested my m1 MacBook Air. During setting DU, I accidentally removed base system and I can't see it on my DU. There's no concerns using my MacBook, but I just feel uncomfortable. Plus, internal disk's name's also strange.

Can I make the DU settings to default?
There is no default setting for the Disk Utility....This looks normal.

Big Sur goes one step further with the introduction of the SSV
Big Sur uses a “snapshot” of the current system for its Signed System Volume (SSV) , as you see in the list. This is the new normal as well. This would be the 'Macintosh HD'
You can see more clearly from the Terminal.app, copy & paste:
diskutil list internal
You should see something similar to this example:
MacBook-Pro ~ % diskutil list internal
/dev/disk0 (internal, physical):
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: GUID_partition_scheme *1.0 TB disk0
1: EFI EFI 314.6 MB disk0s1
2: Apple_APFS Container disk1 1.0 TB disk0s2
/dev/disk1 (synthesized):
#: TYPE NAME SIZE IDENTIFIER
0: APFS Container Scheme - +1.0 TB disk1
Physical Store disk0s2
1: APFS Volume Macintosh HD 15.3 GB disk1s1
2: APFS Snapshot com.apple.os.update-... 15.3 GB disk1s1s1
3: APFS Volume Macintosh HD - Data 335.5 GB disk1s2
4: APFS Volume Preboot 512.8 MB disk1s3
5: APFS Volume Recovery 622.9 MB disk1s4
6: APFS Volume VM 3.2 GB disk1s5
