Moving an encircled/selected area from one part of the screen (note) to another in the iOS Notes app (for iPad in this case)
After the update of the iOS app “Notes,” I can no longer figure out how to, for example, encircle a selected area (w/ the dashed line) then be able to move that selected area to another part of the screen. Please help! I hope my question makes sense.
