Deleted all the things from an iPhone

Hello. When I was a child , my IPhone 6s was turned off and didn’t turned on anymore until it was restored as new and it made me sad , because all my photos and videos was deleted without any chances to recover them . I don’t know what can I do, because there is no information on the Internet. It happened at 2018 . Can you help me please ?
