How do I disconnect a TV from my phone mirroring it to from my phone to to connect another one

You can go to control center and click on the air play button (looks like a mountain with circles surrounding it) and choose the device you want to connect to and then it should automatically disconnect from the device you were connected to and then switch to the new one.
