iPhone 7 is disabled

My iPhone 7 is disabled, can I reset the phone to give to a family member to use? I would like the phone reset to new without my information.

Click here and follow the instructions. Restoring the iPhone requires plugging it into a computer with iTunes installed, or a Mac running Catalina or newer.

This erases everything on it.
