Why does my mic seem to pick up every taps on my screen whether if I’m calling someone or taking a video even though my taps on the screen are not v hard

It sounds like you would like to change the sensitivity of the microphone on your iPhone while on calls, and we'd like to help.
Although you can't adjust the microphone sensitivity on the iPhone itself, you can experiment with using the internal speakers when on calls instead of holding the iPhone to your face. Also, try using Bluetooth headphones or earphones while talking on the iPhone to see if the microphone on the accessory works better for your needs.
