Screenshot Info Shows up in iMessages

Whenever I send a photo that I have taken via screenshot and send it in an iMessage, the date and time which I took the screenshot shows up as a separate message. I’d like to turn this feature off.

my I have an iPhone 11 Pro and iOS 14.6 is running.

when I tap the part of the message that has the photo info in it, it gives me the option to reply or react to it like any other message. It does not go away. I really want to turn this feature off besides it being annoying it shows the time and date that I took the photo which shows the recipient too much info in my opinion.
