I m purchased i phone 11 64 gb in 9 june 2021 imagine shop sardarpura jodhpur 342003

After i phone mistake shutdown issue i am submitting i phone 16 june 2021 imagine service centre but till date i am not received my phone

Please Do as well as soon as possible
