I can’t receive or make Audio calls with FaceTime on my iPhone. The button is not available. In contacts the button is not showing up. However, video calls work perfectly.
What might be the reason?

I just moved back to Russia where there is no restriction in using FaceTime Audio as far as I see. However, I'm still not able to use FaceTime audio calls. I've updated iOS - didn't help.
What else might be the reason why I can't call and receive calls on my phone?
