estore my iphone using DFU but my device sad Serial number n/a
It recognises my iPhone as a iPhone 6s but it sad serial noumber n/a.
and cannot do anything i tried to upgradea using itunes to the last ios but still nothing.
please help.

It won’t know the serial number until the restore finishes, as the serial number is on the phone, not in iTunes.
