My iPhone SE 64GB rings most of the time if I have an incoming call, however several times a week it won’t ring and won’t tell me I have a missed call or a voicemail unless I click on the phone icon (sometimes several days or weeks later).
I do not have Do Not Disturb on and I have done all of the updates for my phone. I have only had the phone for less than a year. Please can someone help me?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you're having some difficulties with your iPhone not always ringing for incoming calls. For the calls that you are not being notified for, are they from unknown callers or saved contacts? If you notice that they're from unknown callers, you'll want to be sure that the "Silence Unknown Callers" feature is disabled by going into Settings > Phone > Switch off Silence Unknown Callers.
If the calls you are missing include callers from your saved contacts, we suggest reaching out to Apple Support so they can look into this further with you. You can see your available support options using the link below.
