Hi I have an in app payment that didn’t go through because of funds a while ago being 2 months later and apple is still pending the purchase apple does not allow me to update and download any other apps because of this. If I pay the amount it would be a waste as the failed purchase was a limited offer 3 months ago how do I cancel this pending payment
