Iphone hotspot not working with FTP

I've been having an issue with FTP for the past month after I updated to the newest version of IOS. To explain, when I go to a job site, I usually connect to my IPhone's hotspot so I can access my company's network folders. ever since I updated my iPhone to 14.6, the hotspot doesn't let me access the folders. It gives me an error and says "Terminating FTP session". What can I do to fix this? I use AT&T.

My coworker had a Samsung phone and his hotspot was working to access his FTP folders, but then he switched to an iphone and the same issue occurred to him.
