Change iphone name

My iphone is my maiden name and I want it to be my new legal name. How do I change this? I also would like it changed for all my devices listed below: iphone, ipad, computer and apple watch. Thanks!

To change your iPhone and/or iPad name, open Settings, tap General, tap About and tap Name. Edit the device name and tap Done.
For your Watch, open the Watch app, tap General, tap About and tap Name. Edit the Watch name and tap Done.
On your Mac, open System Preferences, click Sharing and edit "Computer Name"

On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap "Name, Phone Numbers, Email", tap your name (under "NAME") and update your name. This change should propagate to all your devices signed under the same Apple ID.

This worked for me, but it still has not changed the device name. So for my iphone it stay device name and uses my old name. Everything else associated with my apple ID has been changed, except the device name.

SO when pairing it to bluetooth devices ect, it pops up with my old me. Any insight would be helpful- thanks!
