Apple ID disabled

Hi, my Apple ID is disabled in the AppStore and iTunes, I have recently spent money on a game so I don’t know if something didn’t get paid or something like that. I have tried everything like signing out and then logging back in, making a new Apple ID but then using the same PayPal and it still said disabled.
