Is it safe for me to use my macbook pros 61watts grip and use it to charge mg iphone 12 pro max? Will it effect my battery?

Yes it’s perfectly safe and no harm will come.

The phone only “draws” as much power as it needs; the power adaptor doesn’t “push.”
