March 25, 2022 I was billed for a yearly fee for McAfee protection at 8779 I’ve contacted McAfee and was told I do not have the service

I purchased a McAfee subscription March 25, 2022 you build me 7999 I spoke with Mac and was advised I do not have the service available to me would you please issue me a refund.
