What can I do? I think my phone may have a virus. It has messed up my calendar and keeps sending notifications.

I may have a virus I keep getting notifications every hour from my calendar that my iPhone may have a virus or that a virus was found. It started to fill up my calendar for the next few days also showing every hour there is a virus. I deleted the browsing history and restarted.
