I have just brought a new iPhone 12 and downloaded all my apps again but Snapchat’s not working it lets me open the app and then shuts straight down I’m not sure what to do please could I have some help

It appears that Snapchat is having problems today. It is not an Apple issue. We are seeing many such questions today.
