It sounds like you might be trying to set up your Apple Watch with your iPhone and during the set up process being asked for a password to an unknown Apple ID. If that sounds right, then it sounds like the Apple Watch have Activation Lock enabled to that Apple ID. You can read more about Activation Lock here: About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch
