iPhone making weird clicking sound when in camera

CLARIFICATION: This is NOT the shutter sound that plays when you take a picture.

So... I opened the camera app to take a picture of something, and I heard a clicking sound, so I brought my ear closer to my phone, and it sounded like a motorcycle. I tried shutting off my phone (holding power) then turning it back on and it still makes a clicking sound.
