Why does my alarm only sound for a few seconds then gets very low

Settings/Accessibility/Face ID & Attention
You probably have Attention Aware enabled. When the phone sees your face it knows you have heard the alarm, so it lowers the volume.
where in settings do I check for Attention Aware?
Also, I never hear it I found out by testing that it lowers the volume quickly and don’t see how it could see my face when I’m sleeping but I’d like to check it I just haven’t seen that setting. Thanks

I did have attention aware enabled. I turned it off. I would have never known to check for that thank you!
