You can usually go back and edit and entry, however as you were not specific about where you made the error you can do a factory reset and start over if you would like.
That test checks whether your setup supports Dolby Vision. If it does it switches to Dolby Vision. If the test fails you are returned to your previous setting. There should be nothing to change. If the test failed and your are sure your 4K TV and AVR support it you may need to take a look at your TVs user guide. In the case of my Sony Bravia I had to enable an option deep down in sub-menus to get Dolby Vision working. Your AVR also needs to support it.
