Apple Pencil Usage

I do not believe so.

In the iOS Notes app, if you open the sketch feature and choose the text conversion pen, their is are 4 formatting symbols and one of them is a return key symbol that you can tap.

I am not sure what works in other text conversion apps that work with the Pencil to get a line return.
