best power adapter for m1 MacBook Air

hi all. I have an m1 MacBook Air that came with the standard 30 watt charger. what is the maximum charging adapter that I could buy for quickest and powerful charging? I see apple has 60 watt and 96 watt usb-c chargers available. would charging with a higher power rating than the standard 30 watt charger be harmful or limited to a certain rating with these chargers?
