The PUK (Personal Unlock Key) is a code assigned to a SIM by a telecommunications service provider. Contact your provider to get your PUK. If you have online access to your account with the provider it may also be available as part of your account information. It may be written on the packaging for your SIM though it is commonly discarded or it is not provided at the point of sale.

My iPhone sim has been currently locked for a while now and I don’t know my puk code.
