Hotspot bottom is not working on my device

The hotspot option isn’t working for me since tha last software update !

Thank you for letting us know. Another step you can try if you haven't already, you can make sure the carrier settings are updated for your iPhone: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad

It appears that when you go to turn on your Personal Hotspot, you see a message to reach out to your mobile carrier. From here, we recommend reaching out to your mobile carrier to ensure everything is okay on their end with their services and your account.
