Why does my phone have yellow lines vertically through the camera, which isnât a screen issue as I have had it replaced and there still there, every day a new line is appearing. These lines move when I zoom in and out on the camera.

Get somebody from Apple to have a look:
Genius Bar appointment - This is tricky to get to directly. Go to https://www.apple.com/retail/geniusbar/ > Get hardware help. Select your hardware and continue selecting options requiring replacing parts until you see "Bring in for Repair" --> Sign in with Apple ID
