Apple call

Apple is trying to call me to fix my phone. However i can hear it ringing and have no option to answer it.

Garbled phone calls After the last 2 IOS pushes (both in the last few days), my iPhone 12 is either garbled and I’m hearing 1 out of every 3 words, I hear nothing, or the incoming call goes directly to voice mail and does not notify me and I don’t hear it ring. This exact same issue happed with my old iPhone 4 and 8. Both prior times my phone had to be replaced. I have an appointment tomorrow and no doubt it will have to be replaced again. That’s 3 work days I’ve had to take off now. What’s up with Apple phones not working after software pushes? I’m a disabled senior citizen with no car so I have to get a ride. I’ve tried rebooting to no avail. Please help

If the phone that you are trying to get fixed is the one that Apple is trying to call you on, you need to contact Apple Support and provide them with a different number, or use a different option for service.
