Hello! How do I fix the random screenshots that occur when I am on facetime? They do not save to the camera roll, but the camera goes black as though it took one. I have the latest software update. I have turned off double tap.

To take a screenshot in FaceTime, one needs to tap on the shutter button. Those photos go straight to Recents (former Camera Roll). If you are seeing a blink in the screen, it may be the person you are speaking to is taking a screenshot.
If they are not saving to the Camera Roll, then you are not getting a screenshot. It has to be something else that is causing this behavior. Even when I take a screenshot on my iPad when in FaceTime I do not see the screen go blank. While it may differ on the iPhone, I'm not sure. You are going to have to try troubleshooting this a little more.
Okay. Thanks! I will look further into it. The screen goes black for less than a second during Facetime, which I assumed was a screenshot. It only happens during Facetime though. Only a few times can the person on the other end see the screen go black as well.
The person on the other end is not taking a screenshot. I've confirmed with each person that this happened to. =(
