Why is my iPhone appearing as “iPhone” not the name I have it under?

If an iPhone hasn't been jailbroken, it cannot get any virus.

What name do you have in Settings>General>About>Name... (tap there)?

it said “iPhone” but I had changed it to a different name. So I just changed it again
