I have been disabled in the App Store and iTunes. I had to get a new debit card so I’m guessing that’s the problem but I need help to I disable

Need help to undisable apple App Store and iTunes.

You need to contact iTunes & App Store support to resolved this issue. There’s a link in this support article to do so→If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
