How do you delete blocked numbers list

Yes, IdrisSeabright, perhaps it's a matter of my bad English, as usual.
When you unlock a blocked number it disappears from the list. So Unlock = Delete from the list.
I wasn't able to explain that to the OP, and I apologize to him/her.

Sorry, you can just unlock each of them, not delete them.
How could you block those numbers if you delete them? That list is checked by the iPhone whenever you get a phone call or an SMS message.
