App stopped working

I had an app installed and I upgraded my device with iphone 13 from iphone x and now it stopped working with it. It is for storing my passwords. I need access to the app anyhow.

iPassword App Crashed Lost all password data. Has anybody contacted Apple support about third party Apps crashing/stopped working after a new iPhone upgrade purchased? Lost all data. I have an iPhone app that doesn’t show in the update section in the App Store I have an app that doesn’t show in the update section in the App Store. I’ve deleted the app and restarted my phone. I changed my password on the app and it still won’t let me in even though I can get in on safari no problem [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You will have to contact the app developer to see if they support iOS 13.
